Starting Sept 9th 2010 there will be lead Ashtanga practice at Soil to Soul located 6005 Oleander Dr, Wilmington NC 28403 from 830-1000 am every thursday, this will be donation based so bring your wallet(a little yoga humor) In all seriousness please be prepared to start on time and no lolly gaging.Opening Chant will be 830 be there by 820 and ready to practice. We will try this for at least one month but if attendance is not where it needs to be this will be cancelled and used as a private lesson time. Thank you and hope to see you there. You can call me if you have any questions, remember you must have some yoga experience no beginners as this is a paced practice. Namaste
