Remember  as practioners we need to be on time and show due respect for others as well as teacher walking into practice late is rude and  disruptive to practioners who have showed up on time as they often have to change and move their mats. Hanuman Ashtanga Yoga policy is if you are more than 10 minutes late you will not be able to practice if  class is lead, if Mysore feel free to join in as long as others do not have to move for you. Practice starts at 9am sharp Tuesday mornings. Thursday night practice is Mysore and runs from 6 until  8 pm no one after 630 pm. Remember to call or email night or day before practice as space is limited, be prepared for a strong practice.
