Practice daily Sunday through Friday, take Saturday off and Moon days. Be careful of what you eat and the company you keep. Honor your practice as well as your bodies, respect one another. Follow the Yama’s and Niyama’s if you are a sincere practioner you should know these. Bring joy to those around you and remember how you act at all times as it reflects back to your teacher and the Shala that you take practice. Respect all cultures , all this is part of your practice not just asana.
